Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use coalitionspy.living and the services offered through it by Coalitionspy Restoration. When you use the site, phone the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Coalitionspy Restoration is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent water damage restoration providers. We do not do restoration, cleanup, drying or repair work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about whether a provider is available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and with your insurer.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs or try to get into it without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

By phoning the number on this site or sending a form, you agree that we, and the provider you are connected with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@coalitionspy.living.

Ownership of Site Content

The text and design of this site belong to Coalitionspy Restoration or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

As far as the law allows, Coalitionspy Restoration is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from an agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.
