How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Coalitionspy Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Coalitionspy Restoration
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. Be aware that Coalitionspy Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@coalitionspy.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
