Coalitionspy Restoration is a referral service for homeowners dealing with water damage. We are not a restoration company. We do not send trucks, dry basements or fix walls. We make introductions, and that is all.

Coalitionspy Restoration exists to shorten that step. You explain the problem once, and we point you to a local provider who handles it.

How Providers Are Matched

We start with a few plain questions. Where is the home? What caused the water? How much is there, and is it still coming in? Then we connect you with an independent provider in the network that works in your area and takes that kind of job.

You can talk to the provider, ask your questions and decide. You are never required to hire anyone we suggest.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in the network are independent businesses. We expect them to:

• Be honest about what they can and cannot do
• Hold the licenses and insurance their area requires
• Explain the plan before starting
• Give a written quote
• Treat your home with respect

We cannot promise how any single job will go. That is why we encourage you to ask questions and read the quote closely.

What We Do Not Do

Plain list, so there are no surprises:

• We do not do the restoration work
• We do not set provider prices
• We do not promise a start time or an outcome
• We do not make insurance decisions

Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check yours. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

Homeowners do not pay Coalitionspy Restoration to be connected. Providers in the network may pay a referral fee when we send them a call. Your price comes from the provider, in writing, and it is separate from that fee. If you ever feel a quote is unclear, ask the provider to walk through it line by line.
